Vegetables (double for family)
1 head lettuce
1 lb yellow potatoes
1 bunch radishes
1 bunch leeks
2 Joe's long cayenne peppers
1 sweet red pepper
1 bunch collard greens
 0.5 lb green beans
1 acorn squash (Note from Chris & Katie: The acorn squashes have a small sunburn spot which appeared about 3 days ago while they were curing in the field--it is not a problem now, but these should be eaten sooner rather than later, only because that spot could soften over time. Because of the rains, we are distributing the more sensitive and shorter storage squashes first, and longer lasting varieties later.)
