Vegetables, single share (double for family):
1 cantaloupe
1 bunch of baby bok choy
1 bunch red beets
2 Japanese Eggplants
2 peppers
1 lb. squash/zucchini mix & match
1.5 lbs Rose Gold potatoes
1 head of lettuce

Fruit
a mix of peaches, nectarines, and plums (1 quart for single; 1 quart & 1 pint for family)
